In doing so, we fulfil our data protection obligations with utmost care. Our deep understanding of the debt collection processes allows us to act efficiently.

Our Areas

Legal Operations & Data Privacy

The Data Protection Team for EOS in Germany. Here all the know-how concerning data protection legal project consultation or contract review is concentrated.

Corporate Legal

The overarching legal department of the EOS Group. Everything here revolves around contracts, transactions and structures, where at least one party is based outside of Germany.

Corporate Compliance

The experts for all compliance topics: Corruption / Data Protection / Fraud / Compliance with Regulations by Third Parties / Competition Law / Anti-Money Laundering / Corporate Social Responsibility.

Regulatory Management

In Germany, according to the Secondary Credit Market Act, debt collection companies require permission from BaFin to be able to process non-performing loans (NPL). Colleagues ensure the continuous maintenance of the BaFin certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 (Quality management system) through the improvement of the quality, safety and compliance of our processes and services.
